The Oklahoma Iris Society (OIS) hosted a median convention “Median Heaven in 2011”
April 14-16, 2011 in Oklahoma City.

*NOTE:  Although a median convention, we welcomed guest plants of MDBs, Arilbreds, and Arilbred-Medians, as we anticipate bloom in these classifications during this convention also.

Not to be forgotten was the AIS Convention in Detroit, MI in 1997 which became a “median convention” with 'Vavoom' winning the Cook Cup and 'Bangles' winning the President's Cup.
